Concave Cold Wave Rod Set

Colorful set of concave, cold wave rods includes three different sizes to customize your perming and curling techniques. Rods have textured rollers that grip the hair and rubber bands to hold them in place. Vented design with wide slots evenly distributes neutralizer and other perming products for great results. Includes:

• 3 Dozen Jumbo Lilac Rods
• 3 Dozen Short Rods – 1 dozen each of white, gray and pink
